Chairman - Gary Monday
Mr. Gary Monday has over 43 years of experience in the areas of Engineering, Planning and Construction within the utility industry. Throughout his career Mr. Monday’s supervisory assignments have consisted of managing work forces charged with the accurate, safe, and economical relocation of utilities on major Department of Transportation roadway build projects.  Consistently completing projects with minimal disruption of service, while meeting   or beating time and budget constraints, is a hallmark of his management style. His areas of expertise include: Engineering design, Utility Coordination, Construction, Contract Negotiation, Permitting, Right- of- Way and Roadway MOT. Having started in the utilities industry, Gary has a unique perspective which allows for clear, consistent communication with the parties involved. Mr. Monday brings a lifetime of experience to the FUCC Chairmanship position in the areas of Project Managing, Planning, Engineering and Construction when it comes to Utilities.
